• Generate marketing copy, ad visuals, and social media posts using artificial intelligence
• Edit, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts
• View performance analytics for published content
• Manage a content calendar and asset library

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use Soshimedia, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to operate the business accounts you connect
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us through soshimedia.com/contact.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Soshimedia only for lawful business marketing purposes. You must not use the service to:

• Post defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, unlawful, or misleading content
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Publish spam, deceptive advertisements, or prohibited commercial content
• Violate advertising standards, consumer protection laws, or platform guidelines
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service for competitive purposes
• Transmit malware or code designed to harm systems

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Connecting social media accounts to Soshimedia does not relieve you of obligations under those platforms' own terms, policies, advertising rules, or community guidelines. You remain responsible for reviewing content before publishing and ensuring that every post complies with the rules of each connected platform, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and any other platform you use through Soshimedia.

6. AI-Generated Content

Soshimedia uses third-party AI models to generate marketing copy, visual concepts, and images. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your brand or legal obligations. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing content, and we do not guarantee any specific marketing result.

7. Intellectual Property

Soshimedia, including its software, design, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by Soshimedia and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback without obligation to you.

8. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of business information, brand assets, product images, and other content you upload or provide to Soshimedia ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and use it solely to provide the service.

You represent that you have all rights needed to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

9. Privacy and Data

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Payment and Subscription

Soshimedia may offer trial, free, or paid plans. Paid features, billing cycles, credits, and cancellation terms are shown during checkout or in your billing settings. You are responsible for any charges you authorize.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure at all times, or that generated content, scheduled publishing, or analytics will be complete or accurate in every circumstance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soshimedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soshimedia and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your published content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of platform rules, or your violation of applicable law.

14. Termination

You may close your account at any time from within the service or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey, except where either party seeks injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the Last Updated date above and provide notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
